Joe Rider

Managing Director

Joe is the managing director of the D&E structure, with overall responsibility for our corporate direction. Joe’s career has centred on the creation of engaging, interactive communication, spanning the development of many emergent platforms and channels, including a long tenure as a studio head in the games industry at EA and Microsoft Game Studios. Joe actively maintains a strong interest in digital creativity.

 

Marc Heal

Director of Client Services

Marc has overall responsibility for D&E’s client relationships. He draws up our commercial proposals and heads D&E’s thought leadership process. Marc is a passionate advocate for interactive video, and has recently run interactive projects for Channel 4 and NHS Direct. In his youth he produced music for best-selling EA and Sony Playstation titles.

 

Clare-Frances Mcmenemy

Head of Strategy and Planning

Clare Frances (usually known as C-F!) is our lead strategist and planner. As a previous director of Brandhouse and founding director of award winning, integrated agency Steam, she has breadth of experience in delivering effective brand strategy.

 

Luke Farrell

Head of Production

Luke controls all D&E creative budgets, schedules and resources. An award winning creative in his own right, Luke cut his teeth at RSA and was formally a senior producer at The Addiction Group.

 

Dom Sykes

Head of Creative

Dom oversees all D&E creative output. Dom is an award-winning director and has a long track record with a wide range of brands including Fiat, Fosters and The Telegraph. Previously Dom was a key stakeholder in the successful launch and subsequent brand development for Channel Five, rising to On Air Brand Director before bringing his proven creative leadership experience to D&E as Creative Director.

 

Chas Linn

Head of Technology

Chas heads up D&E’s digital section. With 15 years’ experience in the online industry in roles including Technical Director and Head of User Experience, he is one of the UK’s leading evangelists for user-centred design. He has delivered large, technically complex projects for government organisations including the Houses of parliament as well as for major blue-chip clients such as, Sony, Open University, Fiat, L’Oreal and Morgan Stanley.
